These terms govern the use of the Website and related services. We ship from the United Kingdom, with delivery services provided by FedEx or DHL unless hand-delivered by a courier within central London. Shipping options are determined by the customer’s selection at the time of order placement.

ORDERS

PRICES

Prices on the Website are displayed in GBP, EUR, or USD. The GBP, EUR, or USD price of a product displayed on the Website at the time of order acceptance will be honoured, except in cases of obvious error.

Product prices are set at the beginning of each season using existing currency exchange rates. If your credit/debit card is not denominated in GBP, EUR, or USD, the final price will be calculated based on the exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction. Your card issuer or payment method provider may apply additional international bank charges. We have no control over these charges. FAULTY OR DAMAGED GOODS

Goods are considered faulty if they are received damaged. Items damaged due to normal wear and tear are not considered faulty. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. If repair is not possible or the same product is unavailable, you are entitled to a full refund. This does not affect your right to cancel the contract under applicable regulations.
